The 2013 UEFA Women’s Championship, popularly called Women’s Euro 2013 is just round the corner. This will be the 11th European Championship for national women’s football teams organized by UEFA. Sweden is the host country. Twelve participant nations including Sweden have been divided into three groups to compete for the title. Group A comprises of Sweden, Italy, Denmark and Finland; Group B, Germany, Norway, Netherlands and Iceland and Group C, is made up of France, England, Russia and Spain.

The matches will be played at seven different Arenas around Sweden from 10 to 28 July. The first match of the tournament will kick off on Wednesday 10th of July at Arena Örjans Vall Halmstad with Italy playing against Finland. Other Arenas for the Championship includes Friends Aren Solna, Arena Gamla Ullevi Goteborg, Nya Parken Arena Norrköping, Guldfågeln Arena Kalmar, Myresjöhus Arena Växjö, and Arena Linkoping.
