Emergence of West Africa as destination for investments creates opportunities for seeking future markets. European, Chinese and American companies have spotted these opportunities and are moving massively into the Western coastal area of Africa.
Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in collaboration with Børnefonden and Ikompani is organising a seminar titled : Understanding potentials for Danish companies in new emerging markets in Africa.
The seminar will address why most Danish firms are still relunctant to invest in the West African region, and to discuss if the Western coastal area of Africa actually has opportunities for Danish companies to explore.
Key note speaker : Dr. (Mrs.) Obiageli Ezekwesili, a senior Economic Advisor at Open Society Foundations, Former Vice-President, Africa Region, World Bank, Former Minister of Education, Solid Minerals, and Head of the Budget Monitoring and Price Intelligence Unit, the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
